Set in eight hectares on the north west coast of Raiatea close to Marina Apooiti, this large coconut plantation offers spacious grounds and extremely spacious bungalows. There is no restaurant but breakfast can be served - the property is walking distance to the marina and close to Uturoa Town. Onsite managers are very knowledgeable about the local environment and can organise all tours and advise on walking tracks. Free daily trip to town for grocery shopping. The beach is narrow and covered at high tide but there is free use of kayaks and swimming and snorkelling is reasonable.

All bungalows are well spaced apart and are set 10 metres from the lagoon, with a well kept lawn area in front. Bungalows feature a large lounge with three single beds, separate fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. Bungalows are fully serviced every two days. Outside is a large wooden veranda with ocean views.
